Do you offer hotel pick-up?

Yes, hotel pick-up and drop-off are included for most of our tours. A company representative will meet you at your hotel lobby at the time mentioned on your voucher. You’ll receive the pick-up information on your tour voucher.

Do you accept last-minute bookings?

For sure, when we have space! Check our website for availability first. If you can’t find what you’re looking for, there is a chance that it’s sold out, or it may just be off-sale because it’s within a day or two of the tour's running time. In that case, we can often still take bookings over the phone, so give our team a call to find out. A minimum of two days is required to book any private tour.

How far in advance should I book my tour?

It’s hard to say, and it differs from one tour to another. Regular group tours can usually be booked at least a few days in advance. If you know what tour you want to book, though, we always suggest booking as soon as possible.

How do I make a change to my booking?

We’re happy to accommodate you on a different date or time as long as we are available. To make a change, please email or call +90 534 392 67 35. Contact information can also be found on your electronic voucher. There might be situations when services cannot be amended or canceled once booked. The text on the tour voucher will indicate if the date and time cannot be changed once booked.

How do I cancel a tour?

When canceling a tour, you must provide your name, tour name, the date of the tour you wish to cancel, and, most importantly, your booking reference number. Cancellations can be made via e-mail at info@sealandturkey.com or via WhatsApp. Your booking will be canceled, and we will provide a confirmation. Credit card refunds will be made according to our cancellation policy.

Is your website secure?

Our website uses the SSL encryption protocol to guarantee secure transactions and complete confidentiality. What happens after I've made a booking through your website?

When you finalize your tour booking on our website, you will receive a booking reference number and a link to print a copy of your booked services. Also, an email will be sent to the address you gave me during the booking process. This email will include your tour voucher and booking reference number as part of the confirmation. If you don't get these messages within 12 hours, please don't hesitate to contact us.

What happens if I lose the voucher?

Please contact us immediately if you lose your voucher. We will send a copy to your preferred email address or WhatsApp.

Can I book more than one tour at a destination?

Yes! You can book as many tours and activities as you want in any destination. However, we suggest you carefully check the start and end times and consider the travel time if booking more than one tour on the same day. You will receive a separate confirmation and voucher for each tour.

How do I find out prices for multiple tour reservations and/or family special rates?

We apply different rates and discounts depending on the traveler’s age, the tours chosen, the number of participants, the period of the year, etc. Because requests of this type are generally very different from each other, we can not have a specific section on our site with different rates. It's raining, is my tour still running?

Our tours will proceed regardless of weather conditions. In rare instances, some outdoor sites may be closed during severe weather. We will let you know in advance if there is a warning.

What is the pickup time from my hotel for 3 hours tour?

We will pick you up one hour before the activity starts from the lobby of the central Istanbul hotels.

Will I have access to the internet?
