Yes, hotel pick-up is included for some of our tours. A company representative will be meeting you at your hotel lobby at the time mentioned on your voucher. You’ll receive the pick-up information on your tour voucher.
All our regular group tours have English guide. We also do multi-language tours. you can easily tell us on WhatsApp which language you prefer and we can arrange the tour guide if it's possible.
Four people is the minimum number of participants required for a group tour.
For sure! Check our website for availability first. If you can’t find what you’re looking for, there is a chance that it’s sold out, or it may just be off-sale because it’s within a day or two of tour running time. In that case, we can often still take bookings over the phone, so call our team to find out. A minimum of 2 days is required to book any private tour and 1 day for group tours.
Currently, we offer private tours in many destinations and can arrange many of our tours as private tours. If you are interested and do not see a tour listed on our website, don’t hesitate to contact our Customer Care team to arrange a private tour.
It’s difficult to provide a definitive answer, as it varies from one tour to another. Regular group tours can usually be booked at least one day in advance, while private tours often require more than one day of notice. However, if you know which tour you want to book, we always recommend reserving it as soon as possible.
A group tour involves joining a small group of travelers and a single guide. Since our groups are relatively small, you’ll have no trouble hearing and interacting with your guide. Additionally, group tours are more cost-effective compared to private tours, where you pay for the guide and transportation exclusively for yourself.
We are happy to accommodate you on a different date or time as long as we are available. To make this change, please email or call +90 534 392 67 35. Our contact information is also listed on your electronic voucher. Please note that there may be situations where services cannot be amended or canceled once booked.
When canceling a tour, please include your name, the tour name, the date of the tour you are canceling, and your booking reference number. Cancellations can be made via email at info@sealandturkey.com or on WhatsApp. Once your booking is canceled, we will provide you with a cancellation number for your records.
Yes! Our tours operate in both rain and shine. However, on rare occasions when the weather is particularly severe, some outdoor sites may close. If we have advance notice of such closures, we will do our best to contact you.
We offer varying rates and discounts based on factors such as the traveler’s age, the chosen tours, the number of participants, and the time of year. Since requests can differ significantly from one another, we do not have a specific section on our website with outlined rates. Please contact us via WhatsApp or email at info@sealandturkey.com before reserving our tours.
Absolutely! You can book as many tours and activities as you'd like in any destination. However, we recommend that you carefully check the start and end times and account for travel time when booking more than one tour on the same day. You will receive a separate confirmation and voucher for each tour.
Our website uses the SSL encryption protocol to ensure secure transactions and complete confidentiality. Your bank details and the information you enter in the various forms are automatically encrypted during transmission over the network. The SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption system encrypts your data before it is sent over the network, and it can only be decrypted with a unique key once it reaches our server.
When you complete your tour booking on our website, you will receive a booking reference number and a link to print your booked services. Additionally, we will send an email to the address you provided at the time of booking. This email will include your tour voucher and booking reference number in the confirmation message. If you do not receive these emails within 12 hours, please don't hesitate to contact us.
Please contact us immediately if you lose your voucher. We will send a copy to your preferred email address.
